Scattered showers will continue to feed northeastwards inland through Tuesday, albeit slowly reducing in coverage and intensity with time. A few isolated lightning strikes may be possible, more especially close to southern and western coasts. Overnight, the focus may shift to southern and western Ireland where there is a small risk of the odd lightning strike.
