Convective Outlook
Even at this short range there is still considerable uncertainty over exactly where and what time thunderstorms may occur. In short, residual instability lingers close to or over eastern Britain throughout this forecast period, bringing the risk of rather randomly-generated elevated thunderstorms at almost any time. The main period of interest where there is better model agreement on more widespread destabilisation is during Friday evening and night, where thunderstorms could become quite active close to the east coast. Due to low confidence, have remained at a SLGT for now.
